The main function of the damper is to reduce pressure fluctuations in the pressure line of the diaphragm pump.
The principle of operation of the pulsation damper is the active action of compressed air on the diaphragm. The pulsation damper can be installed directly on the pressure pipe directly at the pump outlet, or connected to the pipe with a flexible hose.
During installation, make sure that the damper does not cause deformation of the pump parts. The air line of the damper is connected to the pump air line between the pump and the pressure regulator. The air flow rate and pressure at the pulsation damper and the pump must be the same for correct operation of the unit.
