Description Pneumatic Membrane Pump PHOENIX P700 PVDF ATEX

The batch line of pneumatic membrane pumps PHOENIX of Italian brand FLUIMAC is presented by the broad range of models for solution of any degree of complexity industrial tasks. Membrane pumps PHOENIX with innovative air separation system, geometry of pump chambers and valve system, allows to pump over a wide range of aggressive products (concentrated acids, alkalis, solvents, laquers, glues, liquids with suspended particles to 10 mm, abrasive products, etc.) with viscosity from 6000 to 55000 cPs. Wet part of membrane pumps PHOENIX is made of such material as PVDF, Alu, POMc, PP, AISI316. The main working bodies (membranes, ball valves, ball seats) are made of PVDF, Alu, POMc, PP, AISI316, PTFE, NBR, PE, SANTOPRENE, HYTREL. The advantages of pneumatic membrane pumps FLUIMAC: - Dry self-suction to 6 m; - Self-suction with flooded suction to 9,8 m; - Unrestrained dry running.
